YALL Fest and Leigh Bardugo!!!
You guyssss!!! I met Leigh Bardugo!! I have proof!
It’s not a very good pic of me, but it’s proof! I met her and I almost died!
Okay, that’s a bit dramatic, but I was so excited and nervous I could barely get the words out of my mouth!
We went to YALL Fest as readers and OMG did we make out like bandits!! ARCs and samplers and cool swag! And the bag-pocolypse! I’m currently using all of my many bags to organize my projects.
So, pics!
We ended up spending most of our time trying to get all the free stuff that we could. As you see, the bag-pocalypse was quite the success story and a testament to our dogged search for all the things. Honestly some of the most fun I’ve ever had standing in a line and I’ve stood in some lines in my day. Like that one at Disney waiting for the Minions ride where I thought my feet were going to fall off…that was NOT fun.
But this was. This was all of the fun and my bestie Cat and I now have matching sunglasses to commemorate our amazing trip! And I got a picture with Leigh Bardugo!
It’s definitely worth a return visit. I know how it works now. Next year I will be prepared!
